You need to start by boiling the eggs. Fill them with cold water, put them on the stove, and after boiling, wait 8 minutes. Fill them with cold water again so they cool quickly. Then peel and cut into cubes. The size is approximately equal to one grain of corn. Pour the eggs into a bowl.

Step-by-step preparation

You need to start by boiling the eggs. And immediately put a saucepan on the stove to cook rice. Pour enough water into it, at least half a liter. We wash the cereal, sort it out, add it after the liquid boils. Let's add some salt. Cook until soft (6-8 minutes), but do not overcook. Drain into a colander and let it cool. We also cool the eggs and peel them.

Cut the eggs into cubes, also chop the cucumbers and crab sticks, pour into a bowl. Add boiled rice, but only after it has cooled completely, it’s better to even cool it.

It is advisable to use a salad variety of onion; one small head is enough. Chop it very finely and thinly, add it to the bowl with the main ingredients. You can replace it with green onions, which also goes well with rice.

All that remains is to pour in the mayonnaise and mix. You can serve immediately or let it sit for a while. The rice will actively absorb the released cucumber juices and will not allow the consistency to change.

If you don’t have salad onions, you can cut a regular yellow head and pour boiling water from a kettle over it.

Option 4: Crab salad with cucumber and corn (puff)

Option 5: Crab salad with cucumber and shrimp

A chic version of crab salad with cucumbers and shrimp. You can simply boil the shellfish, it will turn out delicious, but it’s best to fry it. Here's how to do it in detail. We take small shrimps.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g shrimp;
  • 7 eggs;
  • can of corn;
  • 200 g sticks;
  • 160 g mayonnaise;
  • 150 g cucumber;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. drain oils

How to cook

Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool, remove three yolks. We cut everything else into small cubes and pour it into a bowl, which we will use to mix the salad.

We cut the sticks, chop the cucumbers, transfer it all and add corn with mayonnaise, mix. We adjust the amount of sauce; there is no need to make a liquid salad.

Let's start with the shrimp. Heat the oil, drop in a clove of garlic cut into four slices. Fry it a little, take it out, throw it away.

Place the peeled shrimp in a frying pan with aromatic oil. It is not necessary to remove the ponytails; they are even more beautiful with them. Lay out in one layer. Fry for a minute on each side, it is important not to overcook, otherwise the shellfish will become tough and look like rubber.

Let's return to the salad. Mix it again and place it in the final dish. Or we take small salad bowls for portioned serving. Rub the boiled yolks on top and place the fried shrimp on them. You can additionally decorate with dill, which is not indicated in the recipe.

All the warm ingredients of the crab salad are first cooled well, only then combined. If you do not adhere to this rule, the taste of the prepared dish deteriorates and it quickly turns sour.

Option 6: Salad with crab sticks with cucumber, corn, potatoes

Where would Russia be without potatoes? A hearty crab salad recipe made with cucumber and corn. A very important ingredient is green onions, which you don’t need to skimp on. Mayonnaise is again used for lubrication, but potatoes also go well with sour cream. You can mix both products to create a kind of sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes;
  • can of corn;
  • two cucumbers;
  • three eggs;
  • a bunch of onions;
  • 350 g sticks;
  • 200 g mayonnaise.

How to cook

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel. It's best to prepare vegetables the day before, and we're not just talking about this salad. After good cooling and aging, potatoes (and carrots) are easy to cut into neat cubes, which is what we do. Transfer to a bowl.

The eggs also need to be boiled, cooled, and chopped. Add to the bowl with boiled potatoes.

We chop the sticks, you can use 400 grams, the salad will not be any worse. Place in a bowl.

We use fresh cucumbers. We cut them into cubes, add them, you can immediately add canned corn. We use a standard jar.

Sort out the green onions, rinse, shake off all the droplets. Chop finely and simply add to the rest of the ingredients.

Pepper and salt the salad of sticks and potatoes to your taste, squeeze out the mayonnaise. Mix. Can be served immediately.

In addition to green onions, you can add a bunch of dill, but in no case parsley. She's tougher. It has too strong a taste and can only ruin everything. You can also prepare a salad with onions, but only after scalding.

With squid you get a very satisfying crab salad; all ingredients go well with fresh cucumbers and corn. It is important not to overcook the shellfish in boiling water, otherwise the taste will be greatly affected.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 squids;
  • 7 sticks;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • mayonnaise to taste;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • black pepper, salt.

How to cook

Clean the squid, remove the cartilage, place in boiling water, and boil for two minutes. Cool, cut into rings.

Thinly slice the onion, pour in vinegar, stir, and leave to marinate. While boiling the eggs, cut into cubes.

Finely chop the crab sticks and cucumbers, mix with eggs, add the onions squeezed out of excess vinegar and immediately add a can of corn. Mix these ingredients together.

Add chopped squid rings. Now stir carefully. Salad ready! Serve to the table.

It is not necessary to cut the cucumbers into small cubes for this salad. Long strips come out beautifully and will harmoniously combine with the squid.

Option 8: Crab salad with cucumber, cheese and tomatoes

Above there is already one recipe for a salad with crab sticks, cucumbers and cheese, but this is a different option. In addition to the main ingredients, you will need a little garlic, it is important not to overdo it, one clove is enough.

Ingredients

  • 8-9 g sticks;
  • four eggs;
  • two cucumbers;
  • 170 g cheese;
  • can of corn;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • 1-2 tomatoes;
  • greens for decoration.

How to cook

We cut the dense tomatoes into cubes, it is advisable to remove the seeds immediately, we use only the dense pulp. Place on the bottom of a deep salad bowl and lightly grease.

Chop the sticks, pour them on top, coat this layer well. Cover with canned corn. Apply just a little sauce on it.

Now comes the boiled eggs. Can be grated or chopped. Be sure to add salt, cover with sauce and sprinkle chopped cucumbers on the eggs.

Grate the cheese and remove a third. Add garlic and mayonnaise to the rest of the product and stir. You should get a thick cheese sauce with the consistency of puree. Cover the entire salad and level it out.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks or meat – 200 – 250 gr.;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • boiled rice – 1 cup;
  • cucumbers – 2 – 3 pcs. average;
  • sweet corn - 1 can;
  • green onions - half a bunch;
  • parsley or dill - half a bunch;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.

To salt or not to salt – decide for yourself. I advise you to decide this when you try the ready-made salad. After all, we will cook rice in salted water, and mayonnaise contains salt.

Many people advise cutting the components of crab salad coarsely or into strips. But I recommend everything – fine cuts. But, in any case, it's up to you to decide.

First, boil the rice in salted water. I take one bag of steamed rice, put it in boiling water so that it slightly covers the bag, and add a little less than half a tablespoon of salt. Steamed rice does not stick together in the salad and is easy to mix.

Chop the crab sticks or meat (I prefer to use it) finely and place it in a spacious bowl to make it easier to mix the crab salad later.

We do the same with hard-boiled and shelled eggs.

It is better to cut the peel off the cucumber, especially if it is hard. We also cut the cucumbers finely.

Add finely chopped greens, rice and corn to the bowl.

  • boiled rice – 1 cup;

For refueling:

  • sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • apple cider vinegar 6% or lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • dry mustard – 1 teaspoon;
  • sour cream of any fat content – ​​1 cup;
  • salt - a couple of pinches.

Set the rice to cook in advance. How to do this, see the previous recipe. And if you are going to use loose grain, then take half a glass of it in dry form. Regular rice will double in size.

Take only a quarter cup of steamed rice in dry form. It will quadruple in size when cooked.

While the rice is cooking, you can make the dressing. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with the same amount of lemon juice. The consistency of the crab salad dressing should be like mayonnaise.
