But about that how many meters in spools, in a bay, in a roll, and dimensions, and correspondingly, characteristics, if necessary, you can clarify it by talking with the company manager. And here price for 1 meter, as well as accordingly, then, how many meters in 1 ton, is at an acceptable and most profitable level.

Steel tape: why it’s worth it buy from the manufacturer?

Steel packaging tape 0.7x20 GOST 3560-73 is a metal tape made of steel material, which is excellent for use as packaging. It occupies a leading position among all packaging material options existing today. The product is considered not only easy to use, but also quite simple. Unlike the wire version, such a product will never leave various marks, as well as the dents themselves.

This type of strapping tape has the following quite important characteristics.

Metal tape 20x0.7 mm- This is the most reliable packaging method. It is excellent for ensuring the strongest possible securing of even the heaviest types of cargo, regardless of the existing climatic conditions. In comparison with other options for packaging materials, steel tape is not subject to rupture on directly sharp edges.

Metal tape 20x0.7 mm is made of low-carbon steel, and also takes into account GOST itself. Regardless of this, the product can be either hard-worked and soft, or, accordingly, semi-hardened.

According to such an indicator as the strength coefficient, this type of tape is more than once capable of being inferior to the usual version. Additionally, it should be noted that a huge number of modern areas, where there are certain standards and norms, need to package products in exactly this way using this type of metal tape. Initially, this should include rail transportation, which is associated with the transportation of various types of goods.

Steel straps of this type are considered to be quite in demand in areas related to tying heavy and large-sized cargo. For example, for strapping, as well as direct packaging of finishing or construction materials. Additionally, this should include both forest processing enterprises and organizations producing pulp and paper products, as well as metal products. Other areas that are associated with the transportation or transportation of heavy or medium cargo are no exception.

For laying and direct stacking of goods in more than one single layer, steel tape is considered the most convenient. In this situation, it is most optimally suited according to its own characteristics. For any type of cargo, special methods of fastening this type of tape are used. In this situation, specialized and high-quality packaging devices are used, as well as the smallest packaging equipment.

As a result of packing the cargo using steel tape, it is possible to ensure the most tight fixation, which may be required during a huge number of loading and unloading operations. Additionally, packaging of this type is guaranteed to preserve the overall dimensions of the product, both during transportation and during direct storage.

The tape is made from high-quality metal raw materials using advanced equipment. Additionally, it is necessary to note the fact that products of this type fully comply with currently existing European standards. Thanks to this, products from domestic manufacturers are supplied even to various other countries. In any situation, the following types of steel are used to make such a tape:

  1. Semi-hardened.
  2. Soft.
  3. Hardened.

The packaging tape is made from high quality steel and is created taking into account the regulations. The low-carbon steel used is characterized by the presence of the highest quality. Additionally, it is necessary to note the excellent level of strength coefficient.

You can purchase wire of this type with a coating that is not only simply varnished, but also, accordingly, anti-corrosion. This type of coating at the same time prevents the possibility of rust marks on the product that has been packaged. Due to this, the service life itself is significantly increased. Additionally, there are tapes with a wax coating. They can greatly facilitate the operation of devices when tightening. It is also worth noting the significant preservation of the instrument.

If necessary, it is possible to cut the tape even to a not very standard size. The standard weight of one bay itself is approximately 50 kg. But depending on such an indicator as length, then one bay can even contain about 200 meters of product.

Tape of this type can be supplied in special rolls with the presence of both multi-row and single-row winding. To secure it in a truly correct manner, specialists use both pneumatic and, accordingly, mechanical equipment.

To order products, just one call is enough. If necessary, professional counseling will also be provided. It is possible to purchase any quantity of products. And its cost is always at the most acceptable level.

The certificate certifies that cold-rolled packaging tapes in accordance with GOST 3560-73 and GOST 503-81 are produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008), GOST R 54934-2012 (OHSAS 18001:2007), GOST (ISO 14001: 2004).

Control methods

The dimensions of the tape and the size of defects on the edges of the tape according to GOST 3560-73 are checked using a micrometer. Tensile testing to determine the value of tensile strength and relative elongation is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 11701-84 on samples of type I or II.

Quality control of narrow steel strips for packaging and strapping according to other standards is carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in them.

PACKAGE

Packing methods

Packaging of finished products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3560-73, GOST 503-81 and other standards, as well as according to schemes agreed with the customer. If the tape is produced in accordance with GOST 3560-73 or GOST 503-81, each roll of tape must be tied in at least three places through the inner diameter of the roll. Packaging of packing tape rolls can be done with a vertical and horizontal axis.

The tape is laid on a pallet in single-row winding. Placement of rolls in a stack can be done either with or without wooden spacers.

Packaging material

Packaging is done on timber pallets, followed by tying the stack with steel tape, wrapping paper and stretch film.

At the customer's request, the bottom roll on the pallet can be wrapped in polypropylene film or paper.

Packaging tape is intended for tying, packing, packaging, fastening products, connecting individual product units into monoblocks in order to prevent damage and deterioration of goods upon delivery to the consumer. The most common types of packaging tapes are polyester (PET tape), polypropylene (P/P tape) and metal packaging tape. Iron packaging tape provides increased strength characteristics and is indispensable when transporting large-sized cargo. The price and quality of steel tape depends on the requirements for tensile strength and the degree of corrosion protection. Galvanized packaging tape is the most widely used on the market.

Steel packaging tape is intended for strapping, for pallets, packing, packaging, fastening large-sized products, connecting individual units into monoblocks in order to prevent damage and deterioration of goods during delivery to the consumer. Packing tape GOST 3560-73 is suitable for automatic and manual packaging, used in metallurgical, woodworking and other industries.
