You can make a variety of crafts and many useful things from the simplest and most affordable material, for example, plastic pipes. They can be purchased in specialized stores. Many owners have them left after repairs and lie idle in the barn. Therefore, you can safely take them out and start creating. And from our article you will learn original ideas for crafts made from pipes.

Plastic pipes for crafts: advantages

Plastic pipes allow you to create excellent prefabricated and dismountable structures. They can be used in an apartment or in a country house. Crafts for children will also look great.

The advantages of this material are as follows:

  • possibility of use without preliminary painting or with additional surface decoration;
  • compactness of the created collapsible structures;
  • non-toxic when heated;
  • high strength and rigidity of parts;
  • the ability to create a variety of designs using connecting elements - couplings and fittings.

Using simple material, you can create original products and delight your friends and loved ones with a gift.

Methods for fastening workpieces

If you are interested in the question of how to make an interesting craft with your own hands, then to give plastic products the desired shape, you should stock up on a certain set of tools. You will need a gas torch, metal saw or jigsaw. Homemade products can be solid, connected using adhesive and bolts, or dismountable.

Can be used to connect sockets with a seal. However, this requires a lot of time and effort, but the connection is unlikely to be sufficiently rigid.

If you still decide to use this method, the pipes must be cleaned of contamination at the future connection points. The edge of the pipe that will be inserted should be coated with lubricant. When the pipe enters completely into the socket, it must be pushed back a little. This will allow the structure to be disassembled in the future.

Using glue helps make the structure more durable. The parts are first sanded at the connection points, followed by thorough degreasing. Glue must be applied to both sides of the fastening - both internal and external. When joining, the pipe is inserted tightly until it stops, and then a quarter turn is made. After this, reliable bonding should be ensured by tightly fitting the parts.

The option with fastening with bolts will be very labor-intensive, as can be seen in the photo of crafts made from plastic pipes. The craftsman will need to mark the locations for drilling holes and use a drill in the work. There is no need to glue, and the connections will be very strong.

Products for home and apartment

To make wonderful accessories for your apartment, you don’t need detailed instructions for crafts from plastic pipes. All you need is the ability to work with tools and imagination.

If you make many cuts of wide plastic pipes and then fasten them together, you can create convenient sections for shoes. The length of the blanks should correspond to the size of the shoes of your household members. Of course, you can make shelves with short bars so that the heel of the shoe hangs down.

But designs that match the dimensions of shoes and boots look more convenient. The cells can be secured with couplings with glue, self-tapping screws or bolts. Cells for storing wine bottles in a cellar are made using a similar principle.

By connecting plastic pipes vertically, you can create a good hanger. Pipes inserted into the tee will be used as clothing holders. And for rigidity of fastening, it is advisable to insert a wooden holder or a metal rod inside the vertical structure.

Wide-diameter pipes can be used in arranging colored flowerpots, and medium-sized pieces are suitable for vases. By pasting colorful pictures or photographs on such products, you can decorate them perfectly. Original lamps for the desktop or floor lamps are constructed from short scraps.

If you fasten the parts with the end cut at an angle of 45 degrees to a wooden base attached to the wall, you will get stands for pens and pencils. By placing the cylinders vertically, you will create an excellent base for your tools. And, of course, a laptop stand secured with special fittings will look great.

In the bathroom, a piece of pipe with three outlets is suitable for use as a holder for a hair dryer. If you fix the cylinders on the cabinet door, you can insert other devices into them, for example, combs and curling irons.

There is also a place for these homemade samples in the kitchen, which you can learn about by studying the master class on crafts made from plastic pipes. Firstly, these are original containers for storing forks, spoons and knives. And secondly, the cylindrical part can be used as a holder for glasses. You just need to take a pipe with a length of 0.5 m and make a longitudinal cut through one side. You can insert the stems of glasses into it. And the pipe itself can be attached to the ceiling or hanging cabinet.

Products for children

There are also a variety of crafts made from plastic pipes for children. What can you offer to little family members:

  • Spacious playpen.
  • Children's swing in the yard.
  • Lightweight and mobile sled.
  • Goal for playing football.
  • Frame for a spacious house.
  • Summer shower at the dacha.
  • Screen for theatrical productions.
  • A fence for the baby's crib and a fence that restricts the baby's exit from the room.

Children will also be delighted to have an impromptu closet for storing toys. A compact table and chairs and plastic pipes will fit perfectly into the interior of a children's room. Children will be able to eat their own food or organize gatherings for the dolls.

Arrangement of the dacha

Crafts made from plastic pipes for the dacha and garden are also popular. A lightweight and mobile clothes dryer will fit into the country interior. In sunny weather, you can take it out into the garden, and when it starts to rain, you can bring it under the canopy. The frame for garden furniture will be durable.

You can make a comfortable chair or chaise longue and cover it with durable fabric. You can give the desired shape to blanks when making, for example a chair, using a gas burner. The pipe heats up and bends at the desired angle. Then it should be left to cool for a while.

You can decorate your terrace or gazebo with a variety of panels. The pipes must be cut into shallow rings, secured with glue and hung on the wall. Partitions are constructed in a similar way to separate functional areas in a country house or garden.

Gardening enthusiasts can create flowerpots or vertical beds. By installing a fence made of pipes and planting climbing plants near it, after a while you can get a hedge near your house.

If you connect the pipes together around the perimeter, you get a pen for pets. And the sewer pipes themselves act as excellent feeders, the construction of which does not require much time.

There are other options for using plastic blanks:

  • construction of a light gazebo;
  • arrangement of a carport;
  • installation of bicycle holders.

Using the simplest material - plastic pipes, you can create comfortable, very useful items and accessories for your home and garden. Such homemade products will delight both adults and children.

PVC pipes are an excellent material not only for water supply and sewer systems, but also for the manufacture of all kinds of pipes.

The material is highly durable, does not rot, is resistant to corrosion, is not afraid of water, frost, is non-toxic and completely safe for humans.

Its smooth surface does not require additional sanding, and its even color does not change over time. A little imagination and effort can turn the remains of a water pipe into a hanger, chair, swing, and even.

Products made from PVC pipes are made very simply and quickly; for some of them, nothing is required other than themselves. Having mastered the principles of working with the material, you can come up with your own original crafts, both necessary in everyday life and just trinkets.

An interesting idea and careful execution will make your creation beautiful, durable, convenient, in many ways superior to its store-bought counterpart and at the same time not requiring you to spend any money.

Shelves

You will need:

  • PVC pipes of small and medium diameter,
  • screws,
  • plywood (fibreboard, chipboard, plexiglass, etc.).

Additionally useful: drill, bolts and nuts, couplings/fittings, soldering iron for pipes, acrylic paint.

Progress

    1. They are made from plastic pipes for shelves and screwed to the wall with self-tapping screws. They can be of different shapes and sizes. The roughest option is to use pieces of pipes as choppers. Using fittings you can assemble a rectangular frame. The soldering iron heats the material, it becomes flexible and takes on any round shape. Create your own unique design!
    2. Plywood or other material for the surface of the shelf is cut to the required size, processed and installed on the holders. The shelf is ready. If you need to fix the shelf, it is attached to the holders using bolts and nuts (drill a hole with a drill).
  1. You can paint the shelf any color with acrylic paint.

Hanger

You will need: PVC pipes of small and medium diameter, strong rope/string.

Additionally: hook.

Progress

  1. Prepare 3 pieces of plastic pipes. 2 of them should be the same length, the third is about one third longer, its length will be equal to the width of the hanger.
  2. Insert a rope inside the pipes and connect them into a triangle. The tail of the rope is located between identical segments. You can make a loop/tie out of it to make a hanger. Or attaching a stiff wire hook in this place is a little more work, but a more convenient and beautiful product.

Child chair

Since PVC pipes are strong enough, this chair can withstand the weight of an adult. Lightweight, strong material with impeccable whiteness allows you to create an elegant design without much hassle.

You will need: plastic pipes of small and medium diameter, self-tapping screws,

seat (plywood).

Additionally: soldering iron for pipes, seat upholstery (soft filler + upholstery fabric), paint.

Progress:

  1. Assemble the frame of the future chair according to your original design. For square corners, couplings are used, for round corners, bends, ironing. The frame under the seat, legs, and back are assembled. The legs and backrest are usually attached to the seat frame with tees. You can even make a chair with sides and smooth curves; you can get by with a simple square stool.
  2. The seat is being made. A piece of plywood of the required size is suitable for this. You can make a removable/non-removable upholstery for the seat: soft filling (foam rubber, old blanket, etc.) is covered on top with fabric, preferably upholstery, since it is specially made for this purpose and will definitely last a long time (flock, jacquard, tapestry, etc.) . If you are planning a chair with a back, you can also provide upholstery for the back. Unlaminated plywood without upholstery requires painting/varnishing.
  3. The seat is screwed to the frame with self-tapping screws.

Flowerpots

You will need: small sections of sewer pipes (large diameter),

fasteners.

Additionally: acrylic paint, pipes of various diameters, fittings, soldering iron for them, drill.

Progress

  1. A simple flowerpot. A short piece of pipe (3-10 cm) is screwed vertically to the wall. It turns out to be a ring into which you can immerse a flower pot. Many pots have curved sides or a cone shape, allowing them to hang easily in these planters without falling over.
  2. Complex flowerpot. Using medium-diameter pipes, a fitting and a soldering iron, a rack for a flowerpot is assembled. Large diameter pipe sections are bolted to it in the right places, as described in point 1.

All products can be given any desired color using acrylic paint.

Greenhouse

Option 1

You will need: many small diameter plastic pipes, film/polymer

plastic, concrete solution.

Progress

  1. Make the necessary calculations. The fins of the greenhouse will be located at a distance of 0.7-1 m from each other. That is, for a greenhouse 6 m long you will need 6-8 pieces of pipe of the same length. The length of the segments is calculated taking into account the width and height of the greenhouse + about 20 cm from each edge is dug into the ground. It is permissible to divide this length in half and, using fittings, install traverses at the cut site.
  2. Dig small holes along the long side of the greenhouse being built. Immerse the ends of the prepared pipes in them. Fill with concrete mortar. You can just bury it, but it's unreliable.
  3. When the concrete hardens, dig similar holes along the opposite side and immerse the other end of the pipes there like an arch. Fill with concrete.
  4. Cover the frame with film.

Option 2

You will need: a lot of small diameter plastic pipes, film/polymer plastic, fittings, fittings, boards for the base.

Progress

  1. The base of the greenhouse is being built. Along its perimeter, a structure made of boards is knocked together like a sandbox.
  2. Reinforcing pegs are driven in along the long sides of the greenhouse at a distance of 0.7-1 m.
  3. The frame of the greenhouse is assembled from plastic pipes. Material is prepared for walls, doors, windows, etc. Pipes are put on pegs, opposite ones are connected to each other by a cross, beams are installed in the middle so that the resulting arcs do not move apart in different directions. Using fittings, install additional crossbars in different places: the structure will become stronger, and the space will be divided into windows, doors, vents, etc.
  4. Cover the finished frame with film.

With skill and a rich imagination, interesting and useful things can be made from any available materials, including plastic pipes.

Plastic pipes of different diameters are sold in any hardware store at quite affordable prices. They are used in the installation of water supply, sewerage, heating, irrigation systems, and after construction or repair, unnecessary trimmings often clog the site, while they can serve as an excellent material for creative crafts.

Don’t rush to take construction waste to a landfill - we will tell you what can be done from a plastic pipe to turn excess waste into beautiful and functional interior items.

We will not talk about the direct purpose of the product, but about the convenience of using varieties of plastic pipes specifically as a material for crafts. Plastic pipes are light weight, strong and quite durable. They are dirt-resistant, do not collect dust and are easy to clean. Products made from plastic pipes are safe to use even by small children (they do not break, are not heavy, and do not emit toxins).

For creative work, PVC pipes are often used, which are quite rigid and can be easily connected with special nozzles and “adapters,” allowing the creation of collapsible structures. Polypropylene pipes can also be used, but to connect them you will need a special welding machine or compression fittings, and the finished products cannot be disassembled.

Methods for connecting pipes in structures

Plastic pipes can be used to make not only convenient household items, but also pieces of furniture. In order for such a homemade product to last a long time and be reliable in operation, care must be taken to properly connect the individual sections. Since the connection of polypropylene pipes has already been said, we will consider the connection of only PVC pipes.

PVC plastic pipes can be connected in the following ways:

  • into a socket with a rubber seal;
  • using an adhesive composition;
  • bolts, drilling holes.

The first connection method is characterized by simplicity, but insufficient rigidity. Before connecting, it is recommended to clean the internal and external surfaces of the pipes at the junction from dust particles and treat the inserted part of the pipe with silicone grease. First, the pipe is inserted into the socket until it stops, after which it is carefully pulled back by 0.7 - 1 cm. The structures assembled in this way can later be dismantled, which is convenient for seasonal products.

The second method of assembling pipes is characterized by reliable fixation and greater labor intensity. Work on connecting parts begins with sanding the mating surfaces of the socket and pipe for better adhesion. Then they must be degreased with methylene chloride. The adhesive composition is applied along the entire length of the prepared outer surface of the pipe and 2/3 of the length of the inner surface of the socket. Finally, the pipe is inserted into the socket until it stops and turned a quarter turn. For gluing, you need to press the parts for 1 minute. For good fixation, all operations to connect two segments must be carried out quickly enough. The connected elements are left for several hours until the adhesive composition has completely dried.

The third method is more labor-intensive, as it requires marking and preparing holes, but allows you to obtain collapsible structures with a reliable connection.

For corner joints and connecting several sections at once in one unit, it is convenient to use a variety of fittings. Plastic pipe structures can be of any complexity using numerous tees and fittings. Let's look at useful homemade products in order of increasing complexity.

Original and functional little things for interior decoration

Our review of interesting ideas opens with the simplest products made from plastic pipes, which even novice DIYers can make. In addition, such crafts will require a minimal amount of material, and in some cases even the shortest scraps can be used.

From scraps of large and medium diameter pipes you can make a convenient and practical organizer for your office or workshop.

There are two possible execution options here:

  • fastening with self-tapping screws to a wall or table, for which one end of the segment is cut off at an angle - a stationary option;
  • gluing segments together to form a stable figure - a portable option.

The pieces can be left white or gray, or they can be painted in your favorite color. This organizer is indispensable for schoolchildren and people involved in creativity and handicrafts. With it, everything will always be at hand, and there will be perfect order on the table.

Additional comfort on the desktop will be provided by a drawing tablet and a laptop stand, which can be made from small-diameter polypropylene pipes.

Bookshelves are a special element of the interior. Their presence in a certain way characterizes the owner of the home. A corner shelf in a high-tech style will not go unnoticed.

From numerous short scraps of different diameters you can make a patterned frame for a mirror or photograph. It is enough to glue the cut rings together according to a pre-prepared layout, which can be applied to a sheet of cardboard. It could be floral patterns or something abstract. The dimensions of the frame will depend on the amount of suitable material.

Large-diameter scraps can be used to create a convenient shoe shelf with numerous compartments. This design will not take up much space in the hallway and will ensure proper storage of shoes and quick search for the right pair. The elements are connected using glue or self-tapping screws. To secure the shelf to the wall, you can use a plywood sheet to which the assembled shelf is first glued.

Some crafts made from PVC pipes will really appeal to lovers of fresh flowers. This reliable flower stand is easy to make and looks nice.

Small scraps of sewer pipes are well suited for making flower pots for replanting or propagating indoor pets. Showing your imagination, such pots can be decorated with colored paper, paint or bright stickers.

Another extraordinary idea for the interior is homemade lamps in techno style. There are a lot of design options, but they all adhere to the principle of minimalism: no unnecessary details.

Using unused scraps, you can also make useful things for the hallway or corridor: a hanger for clothes and bags and a holder for garbage bags.

Crafts made from plastic pipes for the playground

From PVC pipes you can make many crafts for children's entertainment in the yard: an educational mat, a playpen, a swing, a sled, a football goal, a playhouse, an outdoor shower and a theater screen.

A very useful design for kids is a playpen made of PVC pipes.

Children will be delighted with the lightweight swing, which instantly dries out after a warm summer rain.

For winter walks, a homemade sled will be the most reliable and fastest. The design turns out to be quite complex, but with the help of practical videos you can figure it out.

For active games in the yard, you can make safe football goals from leftover plastic pipes.

Many children often dream of their own castle in miniature. Making childhood dreams come true is quite simple and not at all expensive. The frame is made very quickly. All that remains is to select a beautiful dense material for the roof and walls, and the house is ready!

The following structure will help you cool down on a hot summer day. Such an open shower will be a joy not only for children, but also for adults.

You can make a theater screen from polypropylene pipes. It is enough to collect 3 frames, connect them together and cover them with beautifully decorated curtains. Home theater develops children's creative abilities and creates good conditions for an exciting pastime.

We update the interior economically: furniture made of plastic pipes

DIY crafts made from plastic pipes can occupy a key place in the interior. Craftsmen share many extraordinary solutions that can significantly save the family budget. Let's highlight the brightest of them.

The most common and sought-after piece of furniture is a chair. Using sections of plastic pipes and connecting elements, you can make high-quality chairs of various types: children's chairs, folding ones for hiking and fishing, armchairs and even high chairs.

Having mastered the assembly technique a little, you can proceed to more complex designs. A neat two-tier baby crib made of polypropylene pipes is a good alternative for a country house or cottage when buying a ready-made crib is too expensive. Moreover, when the kids grow up, the material can be used to make other useful crafts.

The glass coffee table with a base made of PVC pipes in the next photo can hardly be called an amateur homemade product, since it looks like a designer’s work.

Another original idea is a shelving unit for the hallway or living room. By independently designing a shelving unit with the required number of shelves of the required size, you don’t have to waste time shopping around looking for something suitable.

Useful crafts for a country house and cottage

Unused and excess building materials will definitely be used in a summer cottage. Crafts made from plastic pipes for the dacha will significantly facilitate gardening work, make your vacation more comfortable and help you avoid large material costs. At the same time, the designs look neat and stylish.

Small pieces and a few tees can make a nice clothes and towel rack. It is easy to clean and does not corrode.

Relaxing by the pool or in the shade of the garden is impossible to imagine without a sun lounger. The photo shows a chaise lounge made entirely of plastic pipes, but it can also be combined with dense material.

A carport is another useful use for PVC pipes. It will protect your vehicle not only from rain, but also from the scorching summer sun.

For garden decoration, a garden arch is often used, which can also be made from plastic pipes. A new element appears in its design - bent arches. You can bend the pipes for an arched vault by heating with a gas burner or boiling water. You can also put the pipe on a metal rod and, sticking one end into the soil, bend it in an arc. This method requires some physical effort.

A simple and light gazebo will decorate the garden and protect from the sun and light rain. For the presented option, it is enough to attach waterproof raincoat fabric to the pipes and bend them on the reinforcing bars. To make the structure reliable, you need to ensure that the rods are well fixed in the soil.

The range of applications for plastic pipes is truly enormous and is limited only by your imagination and needs. You need a small woodshed, a gate, a cart or a fishing rod stand - take the required amount of pipe and bring your idea to life.

It is easy to make a convenient chicken feeder from sewer pipes. It makes it very convenient to add grain without entering the pen. Chickens cannot rake grain in such feeders, which saves feed.

A small greenhouse at your summer cottage can also be made from plastic pipes. The simplest option: make a rectangular frame and cover it with film or agrofibre.

A more serious structure - a seasonal greenhouse - will require more time and material. It is better to connect the elements with bolts, so that it is possible to disassemble the structure for the winter. The optimal shape of the greenhouse is arched. To create it, the ends of the pipes are placed on half-meter metal rods driven into the sides of the future greenhouse every meter. The size of the greenhouse depends on the planned use. The greenhouse can be installed on a foundation or on the ground. Film, polycarbonate or agrofibre can be used as a covering material.

Plastic sewer pipes can also become a container for growing flowers, herbs and vegetables. Very often they are used to create vertical vegetable gardens.

To fence the area, you can use a low fence made of plastic pipes, which is durable and requires minimal maintenance (it does not need to be painted annually).

The use of plastic pipes is not limited to the ideas presented. This material is so versatile and easy to assemble (it is easy to cut, bend, has a variety of connecting parts) that it is simply impossible to ignore it in your home workshop.

It will be more comfortable for a child to play in a sandbox if it is raised above the ground, and sand will not get into the baby’s shoes or clothes.

29. Rack.

Such a rack will allow you to keep the room in order, as it can accommodate an unlimited number of things and toys.

30. Frames for pictures and mirrors.

Rings glued together, cut from PVC pipes, will ultimately serve as a wonderful frame for a picture or mirror.

31. Lamp.

Lamps made from water pipes look very beautiful, especially if the pipes are decorated with rhinestones or complemented with shaped slots. To implement the idea, a base with a light bulb is installed in a pipe with pre-created beautiful and elegant slots, and on the back side of the product a hole is created for the wire to exit. All that remains is to plug the lamp into a socket and enjoy the interesting muted glow.

32. Table.

You can assemble a wonderful table from PVC pipes, covering it with a wooden tabletop, or build a bench (at the end of the article there will be a video on how to make a bench from such pipes).

33. Chairs.

Such pipes make excellent garden chairs; smooth lines can be achieved by heating the pipes with a gas burner, using your hands to shape them into the desired shape and leaving them to cool in this state. But even an ordinary geometric chair will look great; the seat can be created from ordinary chintz or cotton fabric. But you can go further and create folding chairs that will be very appropriate on vacation, for example, while fishing.

34. Clothes dryer.

Such a portable clothes dryer will be very useful in the household, because if necessary, it can be removed from view, and also moved from the shady part of the site to the sunny one. If it suddenly starts to rain, don’t run to remove the still wet clothes, but simply move the dryer under the canopy. Some advantages.

35. Transport.

Their PVC pipes can be used to create a full-fledged children's transport or trailer; children will be delighted with such cars.

36. Football goal.

Children can play football freely with such excellent goals.

37. Chaise longue.

An excellent solution for a summer house is sun loungers assembled from PVC pipes; a sun lounger can be sewn from thick fabric.

38. Screens and partitions.

Notice how fashionable a partition made from PVC cylinders looks; to do this, you need to cut the pipe into equal sections, and then build a partition out of them, gluing each cylinder to each other. A screen made of PVC pipes, which is a screen with stringed curtains, looks no less interesting.

Crafts from plastic pipes for all occasions

With skill and a rich imagination, interesting and useful things can be made from any available materials, including plastic pipes.

Plastic pipes of different diameters are sold in any hardware store at quite affordable prices. They are used in the installation of water supply, sewerage, heating, irrigation systems, and after construction or repair, unnecessary trimmings often clog the site, while they can serve as an excellent material for creative crafts.

Don’t rush to take construction waste to a landfill - we will tell you what can be done from a plastic pipe to turn excess waste into beautiful and functional interior items.

What is good about a plastic pipe?

  • using an adhesive composition;

  • fastening with self-tapping screws to a wall or table, for which one end of the segment is cut off at an angle - a stationary option;
  • gluing segments together to form a stable figure - a portable option.

A very useful design for kids is a playpen made of PVC pipes.

For winter walks, a homemade sled will be the most reliable and fastest. The design turns out to be quite complex, but with the help of practical videos you can figure it out.

The glass coffee table with a base made of PVC pipes in the next photo can hardly be called an amateur homemade product, since it looks like a designer’s work.

Small pieces and a few tees can make a nice clothes and towel rack. It is easy to clean and does not corrode.

A carport is another useful use for PVC pipes. It will protect your vehicle not only from rain, but also from the scorching summer sun.

  • into a socket with a rubber seal;
  • using an adhesive composition;
  • bolts, drilling holes.

Original and functional little things for interior decoration

My review of interesting ideas opens with the simplest products made from plastic pipes, which even novice DIYers can make. In addition, such crafts will require a minimal amount of material, and in some cases even the shortest scraps can be used.

1. From scraps of large and medium diameter pipes you can make a convenient and practical organizer for your office or workshop.

The pieces can be left white or gray, or they can be painted in your favorite color. This organizer is indispensable for schoolchildren and people involved in creativity and handicrafts. With it, everything will always be at hand, and there will be perfect order on the table.

2. Bookshelves are a special element of the interior.

Their presence in a certain way characterizes the owner of the home. A corner shelf in a high-tech style will not go unnoticed.

5. A reliable flower stand is easy to make and looks nice.

Small scraps of sewer pipes are well suited for making flower pots for replanting or propagating indoor pets. Showing your imagination, such pots can be decorated with colored paper, paint or bright stickers.

6. Vase for artificial flowers and dried flowers.

It is easy to make a stylish vase for artificial flowers and dried flowers from elongated cylinders of medium diameter. If you approach the implementation of this idea creatively, you may end up with an original gift for a significant event.

7. Lamps in techno style.

Another extraordinary idea for the interior is homemade lamps in techno style. There are a lot of design options, but they all adhere to the principle of minimalism: no unnecessary details.

8. Useful things for the hallway or corridor.

Using unused scraps, you can also make useful things for the hallway or corridor: a hanger for clothes and bags and a holder for garbage bags.

9. Clothes dryer.

In addition, you can make it multi-level and collapsible for more convenient and multifunctional use.

Crafts made from plastic pipes for the playground

From PVC pipes you can make many crafts for children's entertainment in the yard: an educational mat, a playpen, a swing, a sled, a football goal, a playhouse, an outdoor shower and a theater screen.

A very useful design for kids.

11. Swing.

Children will be delighted with the lightweight swing, which instantly dries out after a warm summer rain.

It is possible to design not only those objects that are used in summer or indoors, but also those that are suitable for winter conditions. So, for example, your child will be incredibly happy with a cute, comfortable and lightweight snowmobile vehicle, suitable for dizzying descents; The design turns out to be quite complex, but with the help of practical videos you can figure it out.

13. football goal.

For active games in the yard, you can make safe football goals from leftover plastic pipes.

14. House - castle.

Many children often dream of their own castle in miniature. Making childhood dreams come true is quite simple and not at all expensive. The frame is made very quickly. All that remains is to select a beautiful dense material for the roof and walls, and the house is ready!

15. Open shower.

The following structure will help you cool down on a hot summer day. Such an open shower will be a joy not only for children, but also for adults.

16. Theater screen.

17. High chair.

The most common and sought-after piece of furniture is a chair. Using sections of plastic pipes and connecting elements, you can make high-quality chairs of various types: children's chairs, folding ones for hiking and fishing, armchairs and even high chairs.

18. Bunk crib.

19. Glass coffee table.

With a base made of PVC pipes in the next photo it can hardly be called an amateur homemade product, since it looks like a designer's work.

20. Rack.

21. Chaise longue.

Relaxing by the pool or in the shade of the garden is impossible to imagine without a sun lounger. The photo shows a chaise lounge made entirely of plastic pipes, but it can also be combined with dense material.

22. Carport

Another useful use of PVC pipes. It will protect your vehicle not only from rain, but also from the scorching summer sun.

23. Garden arch.

24. Gazebo.

25. A small woodshed, a gate, a cart or a stand for a fishing rod.

The range of applications for plastic pipes is truly enormous and is limited only by your imagination and needs. You need a small woodshed, a gate, a cart or a fishing rod stand - take the required amount of pipe and bring your idea to life.

26. Feeder for chickens.

It is easy to make a convenient chicken feeder from sewer pipes. It makes it very convenient to add grain without entering the pen. Chickens cannot rake grain in such feeders, which saves feed.

27. Greenhouse.

A small greenhouse at your summer cottage can also be made from plastic pipes. The simplest option: make a rectangular frame and cover it with film or agrofibre.

28. Greenhouse.

29. Container for growing flowers.

Sincerely, Aksinya.

How to make a cellar at the dacha with your own hands

Made from PVC pipes. Namely, a foam cutter, a hacksaw for metal and a selfie stick. To make these homemade products, the author needed the following tools: an industrial hair dryer, a spring for bending pipes, a glue gun, a drill, pipe cutters, steel wire, a vice.

Foam cutter.
To make the cutter, the author used the following materials: plastic pipe, nichrome wire, power supply, two bolts with a hook, plugs for the pipe, wires.

Having cut the required length of the pipe, the author of the homemade product inserts a special spring inside it for bending the pipes. So that the spring can be easily pulled out, a rope is tied at its ends.

Then he begins to heat the bend with a hairdryer.

It bends the heated area, giving the pipe the desired shape.

The excess length is cut off. Drill a hole in the bottom of the pipe and insert the wires into it. Pulls the black wire into one and the red wire into the other end of the pipe.

Drills holes in the plugs and inserts bolts into them.

Screw the ends of the wires to the bolts and secure them with a nut.

Inserts plugs into the ends of the pipe.

For the homemade product, the author used a power supply with regulation. I put heat shrink tubing on the power supply output wires. Soldered with the cutter wires.

Sliding the heat shrink, I warmed it up with a hairdryer.

I treated the place where the wire enters the pipe with hot glue.

Glues the handle to give it strength.

Between the hooks, with tension, stretches nichrome wire.

The cutter is ready.

Since the power supply is adjustable, by increasing or decreasing the voltage you can regulate the heating temperature of the filament.

Hacksaw for metal.
To make a hacksaw, you need the following materials: PVC pipe, blade, steel wire, two spring washers.
Cuts the pipe to size. Inserts the spring and heats it with a hairdryer. Gives the pipe the shape of the letter C. The distance between the ends should be equal to the length of the hacksaw blade.

Whatever the hand slides on one side makes a handle. From the bend to the end of the tube, steel wire is wound around it.

The ends of the wire are secured in a tense position.

When heated, the tube will try to take its original shape, so the author secured the ends of the tube with electrical tape.

He heats the tube with a hairdryer, simultaneously pulling the wire. Thus, it makes turns over the entire surface of the handle.

The ends of the hacksaw should be at the same level. He trims them with scissors. Makes cuts in the middle at the ends.

Inserts a hacksaw blade into the cuts. Spring washers are inserted into the holes in the canvas.

The hacksaw is ready.

Selfie stick.
To make a selfie stick, the following will be used: steel wire, plastic pipes of two diameters, plugs, a clamp, and a bolt.
First, the author makes turns on one side of the PVC tube (larger diameter) using wire and a hair dryer.

On the other side it makes four cuts.

The smaller diameter tube should easily fit inside the larger one, but not dangle in it. A hole is drilled into one end of the smaller tube. Then he heats the end with a hairdryer and gives it a flat shape.

The thread on the bolt should be the same as on the camera. Having cut off a ring from a tube of smaller diameter, he places it on the head of the bolt. The bolt is clamped in a vice. Heating the ring with a hairdryer gives it the shape of a lamb.

Bends a thin tube, at a distance of 8-10 cm from the flat end, at a right angle. A bolt is inserted into the hole.
