Add canned corn to the salad.

  1. Pour the crackers into a large container and add mayonnaise to soften them slightly.
  2. Grate the carrots on the coarse side of a grater, grate the garlic on the fine side, and add to the crackers.
  3. Open the corn, drain the brine, and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cut crab sticks or meat into small cubes. Mix all ingredients.
  5. Add Chinese cabbage to the salad.
  6. Add sour cream or mayonnaise and mix again. If you use flavored crackers, you need much less salt.
