The polystyrene foam needs to be very strong and hard, but it will get wet in winter fishing conditions, and it is heavy. You shouldn’t be upset, because you can make a box from a plastic canister, which is quite easy to find in your garage. Take two canisters of the size you need. Naturally, the volume of the canisters determines the volume and dimensions of your future fishing box.

Take a knife and cut off the top of a large canister to make a container like this. You must first measure the height of the future box. The comfort of your fishing seat will depend on this and whether your back will get very tired or not.
