In my opinion, the estate and flower garden should serve not only to delight the eye with flowers and shrubs, feed with vegetables and fruits, and serve as a recreation area, but also to heal the soul.

Psychotherapists around the world have long come to unanimous opinion that the smell heals. It is not for nothing that aroma therapy is so common and so widely used.
If this is used in everything and since ancient times, then why shouldn’t I borrow this method of treatment.
In addition, a person, being a spiritual being, striving for pleasure, rest, relaxation and joy, needs pleasant sensations and emotions, and smells play an important role here. I can’t imagine relaxation without a pleasant smell, and relaxing in a fragrant garden, even for a minute, just with a cup of coffee already adds minutes to life.

My husband is quite indifferent to flowers, however, sitting in a chair, on a terrace or patio, he demands to enjoy the smells of flowers. Flowers, in his opinion, should smell from a distance, you don’t need to bend over to them, you don’t need to bring them to your nose, they should bring pleasure from spring to late autumn, so I’m trying to create a fragrant flower garden.

Once, while looking at bags of seeds in a store, I witnessed a conversation between a saleswoman and a customer. The buyer asked the seller for bags of seeds of only those flowers that have a scent. And to my regret, the saleswoman could not help the customer. That’s when I started wondering whether so many flowers can create a fragrant flower garden, and whether so many of their seeds are sold in bags.

Mattiola - the smell of childhood

My husband's first demand was very simple: "Bring back the smell of childhood." As it turned out, his childhood was closely connected with the smell of matthiola, the two-horned left-handed plant. Mom sowed these unsightly flowers, and they smelled all summer. This continued from year to year, and it is this smell that is so reminiscent of a barefoot childhood spent in the village.
Since I don’t like these flowers at all, but their smell is still quite pleasant, I used a trick. In early spring my husband asked to show me the place where I sowed matthiola, moreover, he even began to point with his finger exactly where it should be done. I had to explain for a long time why this is so and not otherwise.

Mattiola needs bright light, otherwise she will stretch out and there will be no flowers or scent, so it is impossible to find a better companion for her than a rose.

I have miniature roses on my estate, which are very similar in color and height, and that’s where I placed the fragrant beauties.
The smell of matthiol is, of course, very pleasant. After a hot summer day, when the whole family gathers for evening gatherings, inhaling the aroma of matthiola is very pleasant.

Intoxicating Brugmansia

When I first met Brugmansia, I was fascinated, but when I inhaled the smell of this incomparable flower, I was simply hysterical, I so wanted to inhale it again and again that this flower will now never leave my estate.
Early in the morning, Brugmansia does not smell yet, but when I return from work and go into the backyard, the aroma is so strong that even the neighbors come under the fence to inhale these delights. I have experienced that no matter how tired I am, inhaling the aroma of Brugmansia perfectly relieves fatigue and stimulates me to work.

Each variety of Brugmansia smells differently, sweet, intoxicating and soothing. I put these flowers in a bouquet at home, the smell evokes only positive emotions, and the room is filled pleasant aroma. But when the bouquet is removed, the aroma quickly disappears.
If Brugmansia is grown from cuttings, it blooms only in the second half of summer, and you have to wait a long time for moments of pleasure.

Lilac

What would May be without the intoxicating scent of lilac? My lilac grows along the perimeter of the entire estate and thus, throughout the flowering period, no matter where we are, we enjoy its aroma.

It’s a pity that smells can’t be preserved, like tomatoes in a jar, but perfumes “ White lilac“I remember from childhood. Then they were the pinnacle of perfume art, but now they are just a pleasant and kind memory.

Chubushnik or popularly “jasmine”

What an intoxicating smell my wonderful bushes create. I try to inhale this aroma before sunrise, believing that it is at this time that angels fly over the bush.

The bushes grow at the entrance to the gate, huge, lush and blooming gorgeously from year to year.
I often notice passers-by who stop to admire and enjoy the wonderful aroma of these small white flowers.

Peony

One growing bush cannot create an aroma for the entire garden, but when there are many bushes, the aroma becomes rich, bright, thick. Unfortunately, last years Summer is coming so quickly, the heat very quickly kills the flowering, and we can enjoy this smell less and less.

My pink peonies smell, but the burgundy ones had no scent, but I removed them and bought those varieties that have a scent.

Gypsophila

These flowers are not loved by everyone, and are not very popular in our flower beds. But I, having grown these fluffy “clouds”, am simply delighted with their aroma. The bees are delighted with me. The aroma of these flowers is very heavy, thick and rich, it smells throughout the whole street. I have gypsophila, planted in the background, in order to smell the aroma there is absolutely no need to approach the bushes.

Rose

Of course the rose is the queen of flowers and the queen of scents. I try to plant only fragrant varieties:

Flamentanz

Smells like Bulgarian rose oil from the distant 70s. The bush is planted right next to the path, there is no need to bend over, and when the whole bush blooms, the aroma can be heard very far away.

"Aloha"

The bush is still very young, but I can imagine what a sensation it will make in its prime, if even now, walking past the blooming single flowers, you are immersed in a fragrant cloud.

There is another fragrant rose, the name of the variety I don’t know. But its lovely aroma simply does not let you go, you just want to inhale it again and again.

Marigold

These flowers are cute and unprepossessing, and do not release a scent until you touch them. I have them planted very close to the path, and touching your foot while walking you can easily enjoy the pleasant smell.

I smell everywhere. When choosing certain flowers or shrubs, I always put the smell first.

Flowers are a beautiful creation of nature, in addition to their pleasant appearance, they have their own and unique aroma. With the help of odors, flowers attract insects for pollination, helping them subsequently produce seeds. The aroma can also serve as a warning to insects and animals. Few people wonder why flowers smell. The aroma of each flower originates within the buds and spreads around thanks to sunlight - when the flower blooms. In other words, the smell comes from the essential oils inside the flower.

The process of creating a scent is actually very simple: the evaporation of oil due to exposure to temperature. Many flowers smell really nice, attracting attention not only appearance, but also by creating aroma in the air.

The smell of flowers captivated even such a baby

It is quite difficult to explain why the scent of flowers is felt from a distance, because the plant itself does not move. There is an opinion that it is insects that spread the scent of flowers over long distances, since the flower itself cannot do this. However, this is not connected in any way; insects only collect pollen and transfer nectar, which subsequently has a beneficial effect on plant reproduction.

Flowering plants contain aroma molecules that, under certain conditions, external influence temperatures, dissolve in the environment and spread through the air due to diffusion processes. It is these molecules that give a person a unique feeling of the fragrant aroma of flowers. The molecules, reaching the nasal receptors, allow you to feel the whole range of shades of smell embedded in a single bouquet of floral aroma.

Shades of floral scents

Aroma flowering plants depends almost entirely on which insect pollinates the flower. For example, if the main insect is a fly, then the smell will be of rotting, actually corpse-like. Such flowers are predominantly predatory, luring flies with their scent and feeding on them, for example

The most smelly flower in the world Amorphophallus titanum

The appearance of a flower almost always directly corresponds to its aroma. But there are also pleasant-looking flowers that smell simply disgusting. This mechanism is similar to that of an animal: the plant protects itself with a strong and unpleasant aroma, just as some reptiles have an aggressive coloration, while being harmless. Also, flowers with a strong aroma often do no harm.

It is worth noting that especially fragrant flowers are usually white or yellow in color. The brighter ones, on the contrary, have a weak aroma.

The smell is felt when essential oils combine into a single bouquet of aromas when exposed to sunlight. Flowers can be called nature's spirits.

Why do flowers smell and what does it depend on? Brief summary"

  • smell is necessary to attract insects, as well as repel herbivores and pests;
  • the aroma appears due to the essential oils contained in the plant;
  • The smell of the plant depends on the color.

The aroma of a flower is necessary for vital existence, since without it there would be no pollination and reproduction.

Stomach cancer is one of the most common cancer pathologies, the main danger of which is that it is rarely detected in our early stages. The fact is that this disease often does not have pronounced symptoms at the beginning of its development, and the majority of the population simply does not pay due attention to preventive examinations. Therefore, stomach cancer is detected in the vast majority of cases at stages 3–4.

In this case, you should not rely on domestic medicine, which relies on somewhat outdated treatment methods with insufficiently high efficiency and serious side effects. Even the best oncologists are limited by both outdated diagnostic and treatment hardware and available pharmacological drugs.

Therefore, if you are diagnosed with stomach cancer, you should not tempt fate - it is better to raise funds for treatment in Israel.

Simple statistics - about 80% of patients diagnosed with stomach cancer (in some clinics this figure reaches 90%) treated in Israeli clinics demonstrate survival over a five-year period. Even for the most severe cancer patients, oncologists in this small country significantly prolong life and improve its quality.

Correct diagnosis is the key successful treatment. It is impossible to develop an effective therapeutic program without a 100% correct determination of the stage of cancer and the type of tumor. And it doesn’t matter whether the patient was admitted with suspected stomach cancer or whether the diagnosis had already been made by oncologists in his home country. The fact is that in post-Soviet countries there are often situations when outdated hardware is used for diagnosis, or doctors do not have sufficient qualifications. Therefore, in an Israeli clinic, the initial diagnosis can not only be clarified, but also completely refuted.

Diagnosis of stomach cancer is a mandatory stage of preparation for therapy

The level of diagnostics in Israeli clinics is extremely high, and prices are much lower than in the USA or Europe. The latest diagnostic methods and technologies are used, clinics are equipped with the latest generation devices - highly accurate and informative, and oncologists have the highest qualifications. All this was made possible thanks to government funding Israeli medicine. Error-free diagnostics affordable price- one of important factors development of medical tourism: citizens of many countries come to Israel for diagnosis and treatment.

The entire range of diagnostic procedures necessary for suspected stomach cancer can be completed in just three to four days. In some cases, online diagnostics are allowed, that is, remote consultation with oncologists based on the results of laboratory and hardware tests carried out at home. But the accuracy of the diagnosis is in this case impossible to guarantee.

Stomach cancer is dangerous cancer, the treatment of which has a rather severe effect on the body. Even if it is possible to do without complete or partial resection of the stomach, chemotherapy and radiation affect almost all organs and systems of the human body. If there has been a significant surgical intervention (removal of the stomach partially or completely), the rehabilitation period can be especially difficult.

In Israeli rehabilitation clinics, patients after treatment for stomach cancer receive Special attention. After all, it is this period that determines whether the cancer will recede forever or a relapse will occur. In addition, aggressive treatment methods may result in long-term side effects, and quite serious. Their impact can also be minimized by a rehabilitation period spent under the supervision of Israeli doctors.

How is rehabilitation after stomach cancer in Israeli clinics?

Since each case of the disease is unique, the rehabilitation strategy, like the therapy strategy, is developed individually for each patient.

Patients diagnosed with stomach cancer usually need help restoring their appetite, as well as general strengthening an organism that often suffers from cachexia (wasting) due to cancer. In case of surgery, pain relief is also required. Another important point is psychological rehabilitation.

Israeli clinics use the Fast Track rehabilitation method. Its basis is intensive rehabilitation within the walls of a medical institution, which allows minimizing the time spent within hospital walls. Therefore, the average rehabilitation course is only 10 to 14 days.

Stomach cancer is a serious and dangerous pathology digestive system, in which a special diet must be strictly followed. It is necessary to change approaches to nutrition immediately after identifying the disease. But especially strict adherence to the diet will be required after surgery, especially if there has been partial or complete resection.

Diet is an important auxiliary factor on which the patient’s recovery depends. Failure to follow a diet can significantly worsen your health.

Rules for eating for stomach cancer

In order to remove the maximum load from the digestive system and stomach, it is necessary:

  • - observe a regimen of frequent meals in strictly dosed, small portions - 5 to 6 times a day;
  • — products must have a puree consistency: they must be wiped, ground or crushed in another way;
  • - time intervals between meals should be the same;
  • - you should not eat excessively hot or, on the contrary, cold food - only warm;
  • - dishes must be prepared immediately before consumption in the size of one serving - food cannot be stored;
  • - dishes must be boiled or steamed - anything fried is strictly prohibited;
  • — plant foods should prevail in the diet;
  • - fatty foods are prohibited;
  • - salt should be replaced with herbal seasonings.

Chemotherapy carried out in Israeli clinics can significantly reduce the growth rate of neoplasia and the spread of cancer cells throughout the body. This technique can be used before surgery (to reduce the mass of the tumor), after surgery (to prevent relapse by destroying remaining cancer cells) or during surgery (HIPEC technique).

Types of chemotherapy in Israeli clinics

In Israeli clinics, systemic chemotherapy and HIPEC are most often used to treat gastric cancer pathologies.

Systemic chemotherapy is the treatment of a cancer patient by introducing cytostatics into the body according to a specific scheme. This can be done through oral medications, injections, pumps, or IVs. Most often, chemotherapy is carried out on an outpatient basis, in cycles repeated every few months (three cycles before surgery, three after surgery). One cycle usually lasts about three weeks.

Oral medications (such as capicetabine) are taken orally in tablet form according to a regimen approved by your doctor. Intravenous infusions are administered through cannulas, a PICC line implant, or a central catheter. Most often, both oral and intravenous administration of cytostatics are involved, since, as a rule, not one drug is prescribed, but a combination of them.
